2. Products & Personalization

  • Our products include personalized gifts such as engraved wooden chopping boards, utensils, aprons, mugs, and surprise popping balloons.

  • Personalization details must be accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer.

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, minor variations in engraving, wood grain, and color may occur.

3. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders must be placed through our website.

  • Full payment is required at checkout via secure payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Sydney - wide with standard and express delivery options.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and courier services. Delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.

  • Free delivery applies to 10km radius of Guildford NSw 2161 and/or order of $500 plus sent in one shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or a mistake on our part.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.

  • Refunds, replacements,  will be provided at our discretion.

6. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

  • If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of ordering.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Custom Made Moments.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • While we take great care in crafting our items, improper care or misuse of our products is the customer’s responsibility.
